As a new CAS activity, i have recently started practicing for my schools performance of the Footloose Musical, which will be held in April. The practices are a lot of fun and are done twice a week. The music is great and all the dances we have learnt are really enjoyable, i feel that i am enjoying it a lot more then i thought i would and so i am always very enthusiastic. Surprisingly, there has been a large turn out of students participating in the play and everyone loves it as its just so different to our previous plays. Practice is such a great feeling and mood, everyone is having fun and supper excited. After practice we all leave school with the songs stuck in our heads and continue singing them all week - i think I'm going to be sick of them when its time for the play.
I am really happy i volunteered for this, as its such a great way to express yourself and have a good time : )
But I'm going to go over my dances now - i have practice tomorrow !
